What is the cost  of renting a Photo Booth? We firmly believe that each client is unique and as such has different requirements. We prefer to visit with you on how we can provide the service that will make you event memorable and create, as our name indicates, Classic Memories.

Our services start at $400.00 and vary depending on the scope of services required.  Once we know the type and duration of your event, as well as the services you want, we will provide a firm quote. You can be assured that we are competitive with other providers of comparable services – we have to be, to stay in business – however, we will not compromise the quality of our services just to match a low price for non-comparable services.

Our basic packages are:

The Entry Memories Package
• This package includes 2 hour of unlimited sessions with two 2”x6” strips per session
• Customized basic logo and branding of photo strip and Booth screen
• Standard background screen
• Password protected gallery

Package Cost: $400.00
Add Additional Hour $100.00

The Basic Memories Package
• This package includes 3 hour of unlimited sessions with either one full size photo print or two 2”x6” strips per session
• Customized basic logo and branding of photo strip and Booth screen
• Standard background screen
• Password protected gallery
• CD or USB stick with all the photos of the event
• Live photo upload and immediate access so guest can post photos to social media. Internet/Wi Fi access must be provided by the venue.

Package Cost: $600.00
Add Photo Guest Book
• Includes one additional attendant that will assemble the book during the event.
• Standard Photo Guest Book
• Everyone gets a print option which provide additional print on request so every member of the Party gets a print of the session plus one for the guest book.
Additional Cost Photo Guest Book: $150.00
Add Additional Hour: $100.00

The Premium Memories Package
• This package includes 4 hour of unlimited sessions.
• Customized logo and branding of photo strip and Booth screen to match the bride’s theme.
• Everyone gets a print option which provide additional print on request so every member of the Party gets a print of the session plus one for the guest book.
• Standard background with choice of color screen from selection
• One additional monitor with live Slide show of the event
• Updated Guest Book option with 1 additional attendant that will assemble the book during the event.
• 50 Save the date cards with custom branding
• Password protected gallery
• CD or USB stick with all the photos of the event
• Live photo upload and immediate access so guest can post photos to social media. Internet/Wi Fi access must be provided by the venue.

Package Cost: $900.00
Add Additional Hour: $125.00

The Classic Memories Package
• This package includes 5 hour of unlimited sessions.
• Customized logo and branding of photo strip and Booth screen to match the bride’s theme.
• Everyone gets a print option which provide additional print on request so every member of the Party gets a print of the session plus one for the guest book.
• Premium background with choice of color
• One additional monitor with live Slide show of the event
• Live photo upload and immediate access so guest can post photos to social media. Internet/Wi Fi access must be provided by the venue.
• One touchscreen Social Media Kiosk to allow guest to upload photos to their own social media accounts. Internet/Wi Fi access must be provided by the venue.
• Includes our premium Guest Book option with 1 additional attendant that will assemble the book during the event.
• 100 Save the date cards with custom branding
• Password protected gallery
• CD or USB stick with all the photos of the event.

Package Cost: $1,200.00
Add Additional Hour: $125.00

If the venue does not have Wi Fi/Internet access; we can provide a wireless Hot Spot for a $50 fee, subject to wireless access and availability.
Up to one hour of idle time is available at a rate of $50 for events 3 hours or longer.
All our packages include sufficient props (hats, mustaches, sun glasses, etc.) to enhance the guests experience.
We also have a large variety of accessories such as photo holders and we can provide you a quote depending on what you want or need.
All Friday-Sunday packages have a 3 hour minimum. We can quote lower prices for weekdays and non-prime time hours.
There is a surcharge for mileage in excess of 25 miles as calculated by Google Maps from the intersection of 135Th and Black Bob on Olathe, KS.

Again, we can customize any of the packages above to include only the options you want. We will also do our best to accommodate any special requests you might have.
